Well I was talking to the lead on the phone last night, just chatting yeah, and we moved onto that skin.
To be honest, it's a pretty simple edit.
The image was done by a professional photographer.
So all the guy did was,
Duplicate layer
B/W the top layer,
Cut around buildings
And Hue/Saturate the background layer.

And add text

But looks effective.

Yeah sorry i know them via bebo - basicly - that page is a sponsered page etc..
I was there promoter.
Untill both mine and rich's bebo was deleted.
