I have just posted my bebo skin site ideas on a Freelancer website to see how much it would cost to be made.

Here are the specs.

I need a PHP-Nuke site made/adapted. The site will be for users of the social network - bebo. It will allow users have their own section to the site where they can feature their Bebo Skins (please familiarise yourself with this at bebo).

Features:

Users can register (with activation email) and when logged in they will see their personal area of the site where they are able to add new 'bebo skins'. This will involve them entering a few details such as 'skin name', tags (for other users to search for), a URL link and should be able to upload a single image which will be stored on my server. This 'Skin' can then be seen by other users.

There should be search module on the site which will search the Bebo Skin tags for relevant results.

Users should be able to browse other users sections and see their Bebo Skins in a format similar to the http://www.gallery.menalto.com/ photo albums available on PHP-Nuke. When a members profile is viewed all of their Skins will be displayed in order of rating or date added - this skins images will show up with the name, URL and rating underneath.

Each user should also be able to rate other Skins, only one rating per user per skin. (non-signed in user cant vote). Ratings out of 100.

each skin should have its own url, so users can send the link to their friends for them to view it. A URL for the users profile should also be available.

Each users profile will have their details, such as name, age, URL and image.

The site should be a fully working PHP-Nuke site so i can easily add new modules and apply new themes/templates whenever i want. So you will NOT need to design the template, i will upload my own.

I will need full control over the users, such as banning or removing users and their profile page.

Fully SEO

I have my own server which can use Linux or Windows and a MySQL Database which it should be linked to.

I have no idea how much it will most. But im thinking alot lol.

well, im thinking this will be a great idea, because of the new skins module on bebo and us being able to put our skins up on a site, i think it will be better than bebo not even looking at out skins and just decline'n them lol
