Post subject: How To: Delete One Word At A Time

Well I was looking for some keyboard shortcuts and I found one. Say you are typing a long essay or an email and you wanted to delete one word at a time instead of one individual letter. Well I found it:

On mine though you go after the word you want to delete. :S Maybe because I'm using Vista.
