Go to meebo.... sign in.... hover mouse over the persons name and it will tell you No longer very active. Reece - Legend

well i only use avast but opera is a good browser and opera warned me when i tried to open the link

Most Block Checkers Check With Web Messengers, So They Will Only Work If The People Use A Web Messenger E.g: Ebuddy, I Think Thats How They Work Anyway.

windows live discovery tells you when some 1 blocks/deletes you.

^No it only tells you when someone deletes you,
all you have to do is go to
http://blockchecker.msnfanatic.com/ enter the persons email address and it checks if there online simple as that.
