Can Anyone Help? : Wii

I've seen that some people can get drums on their wii and control them with the wiimote and the nunchuck.
i was just wondering if anyone knows how to do this,

This definatly isnt worth it if you arnt prepeared to do some hard work to manage this.

the program he uses is here http://www.bobsomers.com/files/WiiDrums.zip well not the program , the C# source code.
